I would like to request assistance in updating Redmi 12c which is failing to update. the updates were released in October but due to some circumstances we failed to update. Therefore, currently it is malfunctioning for instance rebooting itself which becomes severe sometimes. To update it, it downloads the rom, but at the end says couldn\’t update rom. please wea are looking for your expertise to help for smooth functioning of the device.

Hello. I’m not confident in your updates anymore. Each time I update to a newer firmware, there is a new bug. Please, I would like downgrade to MIUI 14.0.6.0(TCVMIXM). It was the built-in firmware and it was the only one firmware that had no issue
