I got an OTA update for my Reedmi 14C but the update won’t install after download. Downloaded the rom manually from this site yet it refuses to install while I tried installing it manually. I don’t know how to resolve this issue.

I am using the Redmi 14C model: 2409BRN2CA (Global), when I try updating my phone to version 2.0.202.0.VGTMIXM directly via online update, it fails to extract after completing the download, it says I should download the ROM. And now after I’ve downloaded the ROM and then tried the manual update by choosing the update package, it says “Sorry, flash to this stable version is not allowed”. I don’t know what’s wrong with it and I’m really pissed off!;

  It’s probably beta, or test version only. You should try with the last version that was functional.

Estou tendo problema na hora de instalar a atualização pro HyperOS 1.0.13.0.UGTMIXM, estou na versão HyperOS 1.0.4.0.UGTMIXM e assim que reinicia o celular, da o primeiro boot, no segundo boot ele entra no Modo Recovery e abaixo das opções do Recovery tem uma mensagem em vermelho escrito, (NV data in corrupted), ja tentei formatar e nada de resolver o problema. Assim não consigo atualizar a ROM Android do meu Redmi 14C.

  Comprei um xiaomi redmi 14c e não consigo instalar o whatsapp, pois fala que o meu número não está confirmado e em configurações do cartão sim em redes móveis o campo para escolher o chip de chamada está desativada sem poder escolher a opção dos Chips, ou seja, não tem como escolher nenhum chip.
