To get miui dialer with call recording on the global firmware Global HyperOS 2.0.100.0.VNPMIXM.
Just do a factory reset and select the Thailand region, then you can change the region to any.
For Europe HyperOS 2.0.102.0.VNPEUXM this does not work, there will still be a google dialer.
Now it is almost impossible to switch to other firmware by substitution, only unlocking the bootloader and reflashing to any firmware, even to the Chinese firmware Redmi Turbo 3.
