My phone ran out of battery, as soon as I turned on my phone, an update popped up. There’s something new, the update version format has changed, some changes in interface. Was connected by VPN to Croatia.

Set the region to Singapore.
Clear the Updater app cache.
Keep your VPN turned on for a few hours.
The update should appear for you.

That’s how it worked for me.

I am writing to bring to your attention that my POCO X6 Pro (Global Version) has not yet received the latest system update (Update 3/HyperOS version). While many other users in my region have already received the update, my device is still stuck on the previous version.
I have already checked for updates manually in the settings, but it says “No updates available.”

I’ve installed the HyperOS 3 (Europe) for Poco X6 Pro through the system update, though it’s identical to the recovery here, and everything works perfectly fine, immediately notice the smoothness of animations and swiftness of functioning, as well as the newest notification island, I’m sure many will find this update awesome and exciting and I’m among them!

But the only thing that still bothers me is the change of color of the items in the control center, specifically that before the update they were mostly blue, which still worked pretty fine with the dark mode, but now all the activated icons have bright white background, which is still very bright in the dark mode even with low brightness, with no choice to change the color theme, even though they tried to improve personalization.

  Try changing the region in settings to Indonesia. That helped me and now i have a version 1.0.14.0.UNLEUXM Monday a Chinese version OS2.0.2.0.VNLCNXM for K70E appeared on one website. Maybe global and regional version HyperOS 2 for POCO will come soon.

  Region trick for OTA works on EU version. I’m from the Czech Republic. When the update doesn’t go for a long time even though it’s already released, I try Poland or Indonesia or Denmark and it works.

You could just flash these manually instead of waiting for an OTA that MIGHT not come due to some regional or carrier BS.
The steps can be found on Youtube, even if it was for MIUI versions. The steps are just the same.

  The manual update can also be done with phones and no need to run a pc. If only some of our fellow users took the time to find out. Even those old MIUI tutorials where you tap the OS version screen, which gives you additional options so you could pick a fw saved on the phone, still work until today.
