REDMI Note 10T 5G is in the Xiaomi EOL (end-of-life) list: support has ended, updates are no longer released, it will not receive HyperOS 1.

I need to flash 12.0 from 13.0 but it does not allows me to flash the older Rom,

How to allow it ?
If you want to do upgrade, you need to unlock bootloader, download the firmware for install via Fastboot and download MiFlash Unlock.
