    I am looking for a solution to restore the speaker and microphone sound on my Xiaomi Redmi Note 13 NFC Global with model number: 23124RA7EO. I purchased it on April 20, 2024, from the ITworkup website and received it on May 6, 2024, and on May 9, 2024, this issue happened. I have no sound coming from the phone’s speakers when I receive calls; the alarm is activating and playing multimedia (YouTube, Social media video, etc.). When I connect the phone to my Bluetooth speaker or Bluetooth headphone, the speakers output sound; even when connecting the earphone via the earphone jack, it works fine. The last action before the problem occurred was as follows:
    1. I downloaded the app Copilot from google play store and installed it.
    2. I logged in and enabled GPT-4
    3. I enabled ‘SUNO’ plugin
    4. Wrote a simple prompt for the song to be created
    That was the last things I did; the song was created but I was unable to hear it as the audio stopped working at this point. Prior to doing this I was listening to a video on YouTube which directed me to the abovementioned steps.
    I have since tried the following things in an attempt to get the sound back:
    1. Factory Reset It (Soft Reset)
    2. Hard Reset Via Recovery (WIPE)
    Please help guys!!

      Well… There is a complicated situation. I think that you need to unlock the bootloader and flash ROM for Fastboot in Fastboot Mode via MiFlash Pro with wiping all data. This is the only way, I think. If the situation will be the same, then you need to take your phone to the service center.

        I have decided to do as you have suggested by flashing the Rom using fastboot. I am happy to let you and everyone who may have the same problem as I have described above know, it all went well. My phone’s sound is working again and as it should. Thank you Yaroslav for the advice.
