Sinceramente estou decepcionado com a Xiaomi.
Tive os modelos Redmi note 4S depois Redmi note 9s e agora tenho o Redmi note 13 Pro 5G.
1º Meu celular assim como de outras pessoas que vi relatando aqui, não acessa vários aplicativos, dentre eles, Outlook e Teams, além de aplicativos de banco como o da Caixa Econômica… Ao startar o aplicado fecha sozinho ou da a mensagem de que o App não está respondendo.
2º NÃO ATUALIZA de jeito e maneira NENHUM o meu está na versão 1.0.4.0.UNRMIXM já tentei coloca em todos os países dos vídeos que o pessoal grava para internet (EUA, BOLIVIA, ARGENTINA, AFRICA DO SUL, COREIA, CHINA, INDIA, CHILE, URUGUAI) nenhum funciona… já alterei o pais e reiniciei o telefone e nada…
Agora sou “obrigado” a manter o meu telefone antigo só para acessar 3 aplicativos que não abrem no Redmi note 13 Pro 5G
Vergonha um celular que custa quase R$ 2.000,00 não fazer algo tão simples e basico.

Pour ceux qui se demande pourquoi vous ne recevez pas la mise à jour Hyper OS sur votre redmi note 13 pro 5G, c’est tout à fait normal.

Je viens de contacter le service client xiaomi, qui m’affirme que les développeurs sont en train de revoir les mises à jour HYPER OS car il y avait trop de bugs. Il faut juste patienter quelques jours.
