Mi 9T is in the Xiaomi EOL (end-of-life) list: support has ended, updates are no longer released, it will not receive MIUI 13.
The new MIUI update is not necessarily the best. Before updating Mi 9T (davinci), read reviews on 4PDA or XDA Developers. If installing a Flash File, full ROM, or the new OTA update caused issues, please let us know in the comments and mention the version number.
What version of Google Play system updates should this model have? At my place it stood on the same month as the main updates and it still writes that they are up to date, which after all is not true because still Android 11 gets these updates….
