I did the last update, the one the proper fone asked me to. Note 11 Pro Plus. And then, there is a problem that I need to resolve ASAP. When I put the fone on, the first and unique page that appear, ask my keyword. I can write it, but there is no ENTER option!…Then I can not access my fone. Did I make me clear? As my fone i new, there is no big problem reinitiate the fone. Just do not know how to deal with at the moment.

First of all try to do Hard Reset. But during this operation all your files would be deleted.
