          Yes but only if both routers run Chinese firmware. If your AX3000 runs global firmware (either you brought it from an international Xiaomi authorized dealer, or you flashed the global ROM on your China-market AX3000) then you’re out of luck, as the Chinese-market AX1800/RM1800 (the black tower router) only has Chinese firmware.
