POCO HyperOS 4 update rollout tracker covering every eligible smartphone and tablet. Track the update status of your device, check the release date once it is confirmed and download the new operating system for your model.
Smartphones from this brand receive one or two major OS updates during the official support period. The support window itself only covers security patches and doesn’t depend on how many OS generations are available.

Update status in the table:
- YYYY-MM-DD – the date the HyperOS 4 update was released in the specified region. The firmware is available via the link in the model name. The rollout happens in waves, so your device may receive the update later than others.
- Date – the official rollout start date announced by Xiaomi. The release may be postponed if further polishing is required.
- Beta, Pilot – the HyperOS 4 update is at the corresponding testing stage. A stable version is expected once tests are passed.
There are no HyperOS 4 beta builds for POCO yet: the brand traditionally joins the testing programme later than the Xiaomi main line and REDMI. For now, the list is based entirely on the update policy, supported Android versions and AER data, and will be revised once official confirmations arrive.
HyperOS 4 is built on Android 17 and supports Android 16. Phones limited to Android 15 will stay on HyperOS 3 as their final OS generation.
POCO devices usually get two major OS updates (budget C-series models often just one). Phones that have already used up their update quota won’t move to HyperOS 4, even if the hardware could technically run Android 16 or 17.
The good news: occasionally the developers make an exception and ship a third major update. Historically that list is short – POCO F3, POCO F3 GT, POCO F4 GT, POCO M4 Pro 5G and POCO X4 GT.
If you don’t see your phone in the table, don’t worry too much: the eligible list may still grow. We will have to wait for official information.
Xiaomi devices (the company’s main line) and REDMI (the mass-market segment) enjoy better update support than POCO, since those phones and tablets sell in larger volumes and at higher prices. POCO models remain the last in the rollout queue.
