If the status of MIUI 13 is listed as “Relase” but your phone has not received the update, be sure to read “Not receiving OTA updates“.
Notations in the chart:
- Release — the phone was officially updated by the MIUI 13.
- Pilot — stable beta version operating system for testers has been released. An update for the rest of the users will come out soon.
- Public Beta — the firmware is being developed, and it is at the public beta-version stage.
- n/a — there is no reliable data available on the smartphone update, and it may not become available any time soon.
To download the OTA update, Recovery ROM or Fastboot ROM with “Release” status, follow the link on the device name.
If you can’t find your REDMI phone or tablet in the device list, there is no reliable information on the plans to release an MIUI 13 update for it.
If the release date has expired and the firmware update has not been released, then it has been delayed and will be released later. No one knows when the ROM will be released. Device list shows the last valid date.
We’ve been following the release of official MIUI updates for a few years now. If MIUI 13 is delayed and your phone is nearing the end of support (EOS List), there is a possibility that the update could be cancelled or released for the Chinese region only.
Xiaomi developers don’t publish a release schedule for new firmware. All the release dates are approximate. They may come out sooner or later if any difficulties occur in developing the update.
